We understand how important it is to protect yourself against unfortunate events such as accident, illness, disability or death, but caring involves more than offering protection. That’s why we offer our policyholders and their loved ones access to a telephone support service even when you are not necessarily making a claim. WeCare is available to AIA Australia Priority Protection policyholders and members of their immediate family.

What is WeCare?


WeCare is a phone and email based support service that goes beyond paying insurance benefits. It offers the kind of emotional support, life assistance and practical help that our policyholders and their immediate family might require in their time of need. These services include:

  • Legal / tax assistance
  • Counselling and grief support
  • Home assistance
  • Funeral assistance

WeCare is there to assist you with professional, skilled, personal and empathetic counselling and guidance services.

Who can access WeCare?


The service is available to AIA Australia Priority Protection policyholders and members of their immediate family.

Accessing WeCare is easy - simply follow these 3 steps.


  1. Phone 1800 990 489 or email aiawecare@nhs.com.au
  2. Quote your AIA Australia Priority Protection policy number.
  3. Discuss your situation with the WeCare consultant who will assist and guide you through most appropriate service for your needs.
