Download the Financial Adviser Authority form via the Adviser Site under 'Procedures & Forms' in the 'Adviser Forms & Documents' section.
Complete, sign and date the form with your client
Return the signed copy to firstname.lastname@example.org and once received, we will update our systems allowing you to make changes for that client going forward
