We are excited to launch AIA Australia’s eClaims and Teleclaims services, which aims to make the claims process more streamlined and simpler for you and your client.
Available for Income Protection and Business Expenses claims, eClaims allows you to lodge a claim, and all supporting documents, online via the Self Service portal on the Adviser Site. You can also choose to register your client for eClaims so they can lodge the claim themselves.
Our Teleclaims service can also be used to lodge an Income Protection and/or Business Expenses claim. Teleclaims allows you or your client to provide all the claim details to us over the phone, allowing us to lodge the details into our system on your behalf.
eClaims and Teleclaims are additional services, and if you prefer you still have the option of completing claims via paper lodgement forms and post.
