Client Development Team
Please note due to internal training from 9am Wednesday 15th to 5pm Friday 17th February, the Client Development team will be checking their emails and voice mail messages intermittently, and there may be a slight delay to their response.
Please be assured however should you have any urgent questions and/or requests your Client Development Manager or Client Development Associate will reply to your email/message as soon as possible.
Client Service Centre
In addition the Client Service Centre’s operating hours will be as follows:
- Wednesday 15th February: 8am – 10am AEDT
- Thursday 16th February: 8am – 7pm AEDT (normal operating hours)
- Friday 17th February: Closed
All calls outside these hours will be diverted to our voicemail system, and will be answered during the next business (working) day. We will respond to any urgent client enquiries on Saturday 18 February. For any urgent matters during the above times please contact your Client Development Manager or Client Development Associate.
