We want to get your client’s earning points and reaping the rewards of AIA Vitality as soon as possible after they have applied for membership. To ensure all new AIA Vitality membership applications are processed as quickly as possible please ensure that your clients provide the following:
- a mobile number
- a unique email address – this is particularly important for husbands and wives etc. who are applying together, or if one partner is already a member. Each person must provide their own email address.
If an application does not include a mobile number or the email address is not unique (the same as another person who is applying for membership or an existing member) the creation of their membership will be delayed.
