AIA are constantly looking for ways to improve our products and services to meet the ever changing and evolving needs of our Policyholders.
AIA, like a number of our competitors, earlier this year took part in a couple of new studies created by the Beddoes Institute to better understand the Policyholder and Claimant Experience with AIA.
AIA has decided to take part in Wave 2 which is starting in the coming weeks and we will be supplying a sample list of Policyholders to Beddoes, which are in line with the following research;
- The Policyholder Perceptions Study will be sent out to a random sample of Policyholders and seeks insights on AIA’s performance and how we can improve the service we offer clients.
- The Claimant Journey Study will be sent to a sample of those Policyholders who have recently made a claim on Income Protection, Crisis Recovery Insurance or TPD, and will be looking to understand their claims experiences and how we can improve our claims management services in the future.
Please note that we have removed clients who have opted out of this type of communication and that those invited to participate will be able to unsubscribe from the study, or can simply not complete it if they do not wish to be involved.
If you have any concerns or questions about AIA / Beddoes contacting your clients in relation to this research, could you please let us know by COB 22 September 2016. Please contact Simon Berry, our Insight and Propositions Manager (Simon.Berry@aia.com), with any concerns or questions you have.
