I have two words for you…Grocery Shopping.
Love it or loathe it, it's something most of us have to do. But like it or not, it’s the decisions we make whilst grocery shopping that determine many of the healthy/unhealthy choices we make in the days following because it is a lot easier to make the decision to eat healthy at home if that’s the only option available.
It’s tricky though isn’t it – the bright lights, the formidable aisles and the many, many conflicting messages can make it all a little overwhelming and often influence us to fill our trolleys with things that we may think we want but not necessarily need.
Hopefully the following tips will help take some of the angst out of this necessary chore.
