Our application process

These are the steps for joining our dynamic team.

1) Send us your details

If you’re interested in joining our team at AIA Australia, or would like to register your interest please email us the following:

  • a copy of your latest resume
  • a covering letter explaining what role or department (see our Organisational Structure) you are interested in
  • summary of your skills and experience.

2) We’ll contact you

The Human Resources Business Partner will contact you to discuss your application and suitability.

3) About our selection process

This involves at least two interviews. The first interview is usually with the Hiring Manager and/or Human Resources Business Partner who will ask a number of technical and behavioural questions. The second interview is generally more informal with the Head of Department and/or the Human Resources Business Partner.

Everyone who goes through our interview process receives feedback on their application and interview outcome in a professional, confidential and timely manner.
